A toy designer by trade, Prototype channels real-world mechanical knowledge into some of the most convincing robotic and animated dance illusions in the world. With over 15 years teaching, performing, and competing, he is a world-class animator and popper representing the Midwest street dance scene. He has been invited to teach robot, animation, popping, and locking across the region, and teaching regularly through Sunday Funkday and other Shadow Puppetz initiatives.

Born in Moscow, Russia, Tanya is a Chicago-based freestyle movement artist, educator, and community leader. Her focus on mobility and expressive movement has made her a nationally recognized expert in waving, alongside her practice in boogaloo and popping. With over a decade in her craft, she is a fierce competitor in popping and open-styles battles across the U.S. and brings a deep pedagogical practice to every class she leads.

With over 15 years as a competitor, freestyle dance artist, and educator, Sid Tucky is a custodian of popping history and widely regarded as Chicago's "heaviest hitter" within the national popping scene. A member of Electric Funkateers since 2014 and Shadow Puppetz since 2021, his journey has been defined by victories across North America.

A freestyle artist, competitive dancer, and educator rooted in Detroit's rich Black musical and street dance traditions. Raised in a family of artists with Motown funk, techno, and hip hop as household staples, Rio McFly's work carries the cultural and familial lineage that shaped him. After two decades in the scene, he is known for his authenticity, emotional range, and his pioneering influence on tutting in the Midwest.

Born and raised in New York City and now based in Chicago, MissG brings over 25 years of teaching and performance experience to the floor. She trained at Broadway Dance Center, Steps on Broadway, and Peridance in New York City, Debbie Reynolds Dance Studio in Los Angeles, and respected schools throughout South Florida, while building much of her foundation in the street dance community itself: at workshops, battles, and social dance events where these styles are rooted and continue to thrive. Her training spans hip hop, house, popping, locking, and Waacking, and she teaches street dance choreography, Waacking, and hip hop. She has taught dancers of all ages, from 18 months through adults, and from first-timers to professional and competitive levels.

Kevin began dancing in 2015 with Phinix Dance Crew, a freestyle club at the University of Chicago, training in popping under OG Poppin Chuck and is largely self-taught in locking. In 2017 he expanded into the popping and locking community, spending summers training with Rashaad, Future, and FireLock in the DMV scene. He went on to teach and choreograph for Phinix and later Groove Theory. After graduating in 2019, he joined Shadow Puppetz and began competing in popping and open-styles battles.
